In the package you will find Red Bourbon beans that have been treated and washed. They come from many local farmers cultivating trees at an altitude of about 1600 m above sea level. After passing through the depulper , the seeds were fermented for several hours in fermentation tanks filled with water, and then dried for about 30 days to obtain the appropriate humidity.
Acidity is not a Crime has an intense aroma of citrus and peach. The taste also includes notes of pineapple and honey. Coffee has a very high, refreshing acidity, medium body and a delicate honey sweetness.
What is the best method to brew this coffee?
Acidity (is not a) crime is coffee profiled for all pressure methods. We recommend brewing it in espresso machines and coffee makers. In either of these methods, the coffee will have intense acidity with hints of citrus.

Full freedom! Due to the relatively high body and character, coffee tastes quite good with milk, although we recommend it primarily as black coffee. Do you like espresso or americano with very high acidity? This is coffee for you!
