Selected Arabica coffee beans from the Cerrado region in Brazil are ideal for black and milk coffees prepared in espresso machines, coffee makers and automatic coffee machines. Brazil Cerrado is a seed that comes from the Cerrado coffee region in the state of Minas Gerais. Our coffee was produced by the Miaki family. It is burnt a little lighter to add a touch of pleasant acidity to the classic Brazilian flavor profile. We recommend the grain especially for espresso machines and coffee makers. It is also a very tasty base for milk coffees.
Why did we choose them?
We planned to introduce two types of beans from Brazil with different sensory characteristics and a different roasting profile. In Brazil, the Cerrado is dominated by the notes of milk chocolate, combined with toffee and hazelnut. The beans are characterized by a delicate acidity, pleasant sweetness and a long, delicate aftertaste. This coffee in our offer is to be the first step for customers who do not like acidity.
How is it profiled? What do we especially recommend?
All coffees in our offer are roasted under pressure methods. At the same time, we try to make individual grains have different characteristics. We burned the Brazil Cerrado a bit lighter, so we especially recommend it for the portafilter and the coffee pot. In this way, we wanted to leave a little acidity in the grains, accepting a lower level of sweetness. On the basis of Brazil Cerrado, our customers will be able to prepare delicious espresso, as well as tasty coffee with milk.
Where does the grain come from?
A blend of several botanical varieties is grown in the Cerrado region, in the western part of Minas Gerais. This area is relatively new on the coffee map of Brazil. This explains why the area is dominated by large and mechanized farms. The coffee grows here at an altitude of between 900 and 1,300 m above sea level and is processed naturally.
