Chocolate bomb espresso is a representative of our new line of specialty coffees profiled with pressure methods in mind. In addition to the dominant chocolate, the taste also includes delicate notes of cherries. The coffee has a medium praline body, long aftertaste and is devoid of acidity. In the Chocolate Bomb pack you will find Yellow Bourbon beans from the Fazenda Santo farm. The farm with an area of more than 800 ha, located in Sul de Minas, belongs to the Reis family. Fabio Reis and his two children cultivate the Yellow Bourbon variety, bearing in mind, above all, the quality of the coffee produced.
The Yellow Bourbon beans found in the Chocolate Bomb packet have been hand picked and sorted in a special device that segregates the cherries according to their density. Then they were transferred to the beds, where they were dried for about 10 days to obtain the appropriate humidity.
Chocolate Bomb smells like milk chocolate and chocolate pralines. In addition to the dominant chocolate, the taste also includes delicate notes of cherries. The coffee has a medium praline body, long aftertaste and is devoid of acidity.
What is the best method to brew this coffee?
Chocolate bomb is coffee profiled for all pressure methods. We recommend brewing it in portafilter coffee machines, automatic coffee machines and coffee makers. In each of these methods, coffee will have an intense aroma and taste of milk chocolate. It is also coffee, which belongs to the group of those that are difficult to "spoil".

Full freedom! The characteristics of this coffee make Chocolate bomb taste great both as black coffee and as a base for milk coffees. Due to its high sweetness, high body and intense chocolate notes, the coffee will not get lost in the milk, and it will perfectly harmonize with it.
Does this coffee have acidity?
Despite slightly noticeable fruity notes, the coffee is completely acid-free. This coffee is dominated by very high, intensely chocolate sweetness.
