Flower touch espresso is a representative of our new line of specialty coffees profiled with pressure methods in mind. The coffee has an intense aroma of violets and lilac flowers. The taste also includes delicate notes of mango and dark chocolate. The coffee is sweet, smooth and very balanced and with a slight acidity. Are you looking for flowers in coffee? In the Flower Touch pack you will find local Ethiopian heirloom seeds from many farmers. Climate change has resulted in the production of fantastic grains in this region relatively recently - the ones you hold in your hand grow at an altitude of over 2,300 m above sea level and have been dry processed. Moreover, only 600 bags of these beans were produced.
What is the best method to brew this coffee?
Flower touch is coffee profiled for all pressure methods. We recommend brewing it in espresso machines and coffee makers. In each of these methods, the coffee will have an intense aroma and taste with floral notes.
With or without milk?
Full freedom, but! Due to the characteristics of this coffee, we recommend it primarily to be drunk as black coffee - as espresso or americano after adding water. Due to its specificity, after adding milk, it will definitely lose its character and charm.
