Finca La Soledad has been owned by the Perez family for five generations. The farm is situated in the green heart of the Acatenango region, whose unique microclimate and volcanic soil make it an ideal area for growing coffee trees. Henio and his two sons - Raul and Jose are focused on continuous development and improvement of their skills. The farm has 90 hectares, of which 45 hectares is a coffee plantation and the rest is a natural reserve. When treating coffee, the traditional washed treatment method is used: the first step is to ferment the grains in a special tank for 95 hours, and then dry them on raised beds for 18 days.
The beans are perfect for brewing in coffee machines, coffee makers or as a traditional pouring bottle and as a base for milk coffees.
